Technical Issues are a PAIN

We know because we deal with them every day. Wouldn't it be better if we could just always use paint and brushes instead of computers.


As a small team we try our best to anticipate website problems and move quickly to fix anything we run into. There are some issues that are out of our control, but we are constantly working with the "expert" web developers that provide the platform we use for ARTistry Today to find solutions as quickly as possible. You will find several common "problems" listed below. If you can't find the answer you're looking for please reach out to us via phone or by submitting an email with the form below. We have real people here in Kansas Monday-Friday in the office to help. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with the website platform in solving these issues.



Logging In


  • Forgot Password Not Working

    This is a common problem and is usually due to which Log In option you choose. 

    If you used a Gmail account:

    • Try clicking "Connect With Google" and use your normal Gmail login info. 
    • If that STILL doesn't work please contact us via the email form below OR give us a call.
  • Subscribed With Wrong Email

    There IS a way for us to fix this but it will require you contact us by email or phone.


Account Info


  • Change Credit/Debit Card

    Currently there is no option for subscribers to update your card info online. If your card needs to be updated please contact us directly and we can update it over the phone.


    We are working with the website developers to improve this feature. 

  • Change Email

    Unfortunately we do not have the capability to change the email associated with your account.

  • Change Name

    Unfortunately we do not have the capability to change the name associated with your account.

Subscription


  • How to Cancel Auto Renewal

    If you would like to cancel your subscription please follow these steps.

    1. Make sure you are logged into your account. Your name should appear in the upper right hand corner.
    2. Click on "My Account" under your name in the menu.
    3. On the My Account Dashboard Screen click on "Subscriptions"
    4. Click the blue "Manage Subscription" 
    5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel"
    6. Email us to confirm cancellation of your auto subscribe. 

    *If you have access problems after cancellation please let us know since we are working with the website developers to improve this process and solve some technical issues.
